We are seeking an experienced Operations / Facility Engineer to oversee plant operations, optimize manufacturing processes, and support the company’s continued growth.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in precast concrete manufacturing and a strong understanding of concrete design. This role requires a sharp analytical mind to assess casting methods, understand capacity ratings, and identify necessary facility improvements. Experience in bridge construction and a PE certification are strong assets.
