Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for troubleshooting equipment failures
- Plan, schedule and perform predictive and corrective maintenance
- Ensure accurate and updated maintenance records
- Provide maintenance report and conduct meeting
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures
- Track uptime, downtime, MTBF and MTTR of CDS
- Perform FMEAs and implement solutions
- Manage spare parts inventory and ordering
- Lead Shift Technicians in the timely completion of all required tasks
- Training of technicians/ customer personnel on equipment, operation, and maintenance
- Ensure high standard on safety and housekeeping and assist in such audits
- Generate reports and presentations on all related activities
- Lead startup, commissioning, installation of gas cabinets, VMB & panel and process systems
