• Supervision of production works involving explosives, pyrotechnics and chemicals.
• Plan and co-ordinate, allocation of works for daily production activities.
• Plan and co-ordinate equipment/ material required for daily production needs.
• Supervise and train workers to work in the production floor.
• Ensure production works are carried out in accordance to the specifications, quality standards.
• Co-ordinates with related departments i.e. quality control, production control, process, chemist, purchasing, safety, admin, store and etc on plant activities.
• Co-ordinates and control contractors if required for activities in the plant.
• Supervise, and ensure production works are carried out within the time allocated and supervise submissions for operator's time sheets, material request, ...
