Job Summary We are seeking an experienced VAVE Engineer with strong expertise in automotive underbody and exhaust systems, sheet metal component design, and cost engineering. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in value analysis/value engineering (VAVE), manufacturing processes, and should-cost analysis to support cost optimization initiatives while maintaining product quality and performance. Key Responsibilities Lead VAVE and cost optimization activities for automotive underbody and exhaust components. Analyze existing designs and recommend cost-effective engineering solutions. Support automotive product development activities focused on value improvement and cost reduction. Develop and optimize sheet metal part designs considering manufacturability and performance. Perform detailed cost breakdown and should-cost analysis for automotive components and assemblies.
