Position Summary
Thales requires an Engineering Application Support Specialist to provide technical support related to engineering applications and the environments they are hosted in, covering infrastructure, installation/configuration, customization, and administrative user support. Responsible for maintenance of the environment (hardware upgrades, server patches, application updates/upgrades), responding to configuration and customization needs of engineering users, and providing administrative functions and end‑user support to the engineering community.
