**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree Electronic, Mechanical Design Automation Engineering or related
- Electrical product background or experience.
- Knowledge the electronic circuit architecture
- Knowledge of C+ OR Python programming software
- Proficient with office software
- Proficient with IATF16949
- 3 years of Engineering department management experience.
- English at least 85%.
- Leading engineering teams (process, manufacturing, product, automation).
- Implementing improvements in productivity, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Introducing new products (NPIs) and line transfers.
- Managing engineering change orders (ECOs).
- Developing and implementing automation projects.
- Coordinating with key areas: production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.
Pay: $100.00 - $200.00 per hour
