**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Lead a team of technology Software Engineers, Quality Engineers, Technical Analysts, and IT Business Analysts across multi-squad, regulatory, or other cross-cutting initiatives.
+ Driving technical strategy and roadmaps, reviewing system designs, and conducting code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and security.
+ Must maintain strong technical expertise and hands-on when required to deliver and meet requirements.
+ Setting team priorities, managing project timelines, removing blockers, and coordinating with product managers to deliver on important metrics and objectives and key results.
