Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering Leadership & Management: Oversee all engineering and maintenance activities across the operation; coordinate engineering teams, supervisors, and planning functions; ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices; monitor equipment performance, reliability, and maintenance execution.
• Fleet & Plant Maintenance: Manage maintenance of heavy mining equipment including ADTs, excavators, FELs, dozers, graders, and crushers; oversee plant infrastructure such as screens, conveyors, generators, and lighting plants; ensure high equipment availability and effective breakdown management.
• Preventative Maintenance & Reliability: Implement and manage preventative maintenance (PM) systems; drive improvements in reliability and reduce unplanned downtime; oversee shutdown planning and execution; conduct root cause analysis and monitor reliability trends (MTBF / MTTR).
