About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Implement product feature development in alignment with the company’s business strategy and product roadmap.
- Develop business analysis and requirement documents, with support from the Product Manager, based on a strong understanding of business needs and product features.
- Conduct research and technical validation of new infrastructure, services, and frameworks to support business and technical requirements.
- Leverage AI coding tools to drive end-to-end engineering workflows, including design, development, testing, and delivery.
- Provide timely and effective technical support to sales and customer support teams, resolve production issues, and manage feature requests.
