Engineering Project Manager

Leading architectural and engineering firm is adding a Senior Engineering Project Manager to their Milwaukee team! Responsibilities: Collaborate in evaluation of project requirements Assist with negotiation of agreement including fee and time schedule Develop discipline cost and work-hour budgets for each project Monitor project costs and completion status against budget schedules/timelines Oversee all correspondence/pertinent documents Coordinate review/evaluation of contractor bids Provide day-to-day leadership as needed Assist with preparation of client billings prior to submittal for signature Participate in client interviews and development of proposals Write scopes of work for engineering design based on preliminary review/meetings with the client Prepare/present complex engineering analysis clearly Research non-routine code issues and obtain interpretations from code officials Manage the production of engineering sketches and system schematics for complicated design tasks such a...
