Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Engineering Standards & Practices lifecycle across global operations.
  
• Maintain and govern engineering standards portfolio registers, review cycles, and adoption tracking.
  
• Coordinate standards reviews, change management, governance approvals, and publication readiness.
  
• Draft, edit, and update engineering standards, procedures, and technical practices.
  
• Manage governance board meetings, decision packs, action tracking, and compliance documentation.
  
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, process safety, and operational teams for standards alignment.
