Job Summary:
- The Engineering Supervisor oversees all aspects of maintenance for the equipment and facilities at Distribution Center. This role involves direct supervision of 10-12 Associates and indirect oversight of 12-14 contract employees.
- Key responsibilities include ensuring safety and environmental compliance, managing work order scheduling and inventory, supporting capital projects, and preparing for inclement weather.
- Additionally, the Engineering Supervisor shares responsibility for the Engineering budget and indirect sourcing contract management.
