Engineer/Senior Engineer, Database (Garena)

Job Description Responsible for MySQL, Redis, MongoDB and other data services' administration and management (capacity planning, installation, backup, recovery, monitoring, optimisations, troubleshooting, etc). Support development and production teams in database designs, environment deployment and related implementations. Review and optimize existing database designs and configurations to achieve better stability and performance. Research and develop new technologies and approaches for building highly available data persistence systems.
Job Requirements Minimum Bachelor or higher in Computer Science or related fields. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a database administrator, devops for database or related roles.
