Job Description
**Job Title:** Entry-Level Machine Operator
**Overview:**
We are looking for a reliable entry-level candidate to operate cutting machines (automated band saws) in a manufacturing environment. Training will be provided.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Operate and monitor machines to cut materials accurately
+ Read a tape measure and work with fractions/decimals to ensure correct cuts
+ Follow work orders and minimize material waste
+ Use basic tools and measuring equipment
+ Keep work area clean and organized
+ Support general production tasks as needed
**Requirements:**
+ 6+ months of machine operating or production experience
+ Comfortable with basic math (fractions, measurements, conversions)
+ Good attention to detail and desire to avoid material waste
+ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
+ Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
+ Reliable with strong attendance
