Environmental Field Technician

Integrated Geomatics Inc. has a permanent, full-time opportunity for an Environmental Field Technician to join our growing environment team based out of Calgary, Edmonton or Grande Prairie, Alberta. In this position, the successful applicant will complete various environmental assessments including, but not limited to biophysical assessments, pre-construction wildlife sweeps, fish habitat assessments, and water quality monitoring. The successful applicant will work for extended periods in remote locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform biophysical assessments, including the classification and delineation of wetlands and watercourses as well as the identification of key wildlife features.
• Complete other environmental fieldwork as required, including but not limited to pre-construction wildlife sweeps, fish habitat assessments, and water quality monitoring.
