Job Description
A national engineering firm is seeking O&M Specialists and Technicians to join their team in the Southeast for large scale federal projects both with design and installation of environmental systems. In this role, you will lead the fabrication, installation, commissioning, and ongoing operation of environmental and water treatment systems across field and shop environments. You’ll troubleshoot complex mechanical and system‑level issues, interpret detailed drawings and technical manuals, and serve as a hands‑on technical lead—directing and supporting technicians, trades, and construction personnel as needed. The role includes system testing, performance analysis, preventative maintenance, and regular travel to project sites to assess conditions and drive solutions.
