We look for qualified individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service, leading operational excellence, and supporting investors throughout the investment lifecycle.

• Leading or supporting day‑to‑day Investor Services operations, ensuring activities are completed accurately and within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Reviewing operational tasks and workflows to ensure investor transactions are processed accurately and within required timeframes.
• Monitoring and managing ageing and outstanding items across key MIS reports.
