Epitaxy Process Technician: Wafer Growth & Testing

Epitaxy Fab Assistant – Performs Epitaxy functions in the growth and testing of Epi wafers.

• Operates reactors, supporting tools and testers.
• Calibrates and runs process equipment in a fab environment.
• Works with clearly defined objectives using standard procedures and tools.
