Equipment Maintenance Tech Ii

Main responsibilities:
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to forklifts, pallet jacks and sweepers
- Requisition and control of the spare parts and material to keep the forklifts, pallet jacks and sweepers operating in optimus conditions
- Review at the start of the shift the daily activities assigned and report status at the end of the shift to the supervisor
- Control and complete the maintenance work orders assigned
- Document in electronic and / or written the corrective and preventive maintenance work orders based in the maintenance procedures
- Execute the cleaning procedure of the forklift area as applied
- Use of manuals, schematics, engineering drawings and diagrams.
- Use of personal protection equipment provided by Medline
- Responsible for following the codes of conduct, regulations and policies of Medline
- Others responsibilities that could be assigned in the procedures of the quality system
- Participate in the 5s program
