Job Description
Overview
Run and monitor process plant and centers in the appointed location based on operating procedures and Company's HSE standards.
Execute designated functional job safely to designated criteria in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Responsibilities
- Oversee the raw materials brought into the plant and ensure that the essential quality checks have been done to obtain pure basic materials.
- Execute routine inspections of equipment for abnormalities, report issues noted in equipment, and collaborate with the reporting manager to schedule maintenance.
- Adjust and monitor the variations of rates, temperatures, pressures, and flow rates as necessary to ensure that shutdown and start-up procedures are properly executed.
- Prepare the plant/equipment for maintenance to guarantee accurate and correct performance in synchronization with other equipment and the plant.
