About the Role
Four Square Steel Construction Contracting LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and project budgets for steel construction and contracting projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare tender submissions, BOQs, and commercial proposals.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering studies.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure accurate pricing.
- Utilize estimation software and AI-powered tools to improve estimation accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor market prices for materials, labor, and subcontracting works.
