Estimation Engineer – Residential Refurbishment Projects

Our client is a well-established building contractor specializing in refurbishment, concrete repair and structural rehabilitation projects up to AED 10M across the UAE. We are recruiting a UAE experienced Estimation Engineer to join their Dubai team. The successful candidate will manage the estimating process from tender review and site assessment through to bid submission, preparing accurate cost evaluations and technical proposals to support successful project acquisition. Key Responsibilities Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and BOQs to prepare accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs and commercially competitive tender submissions. Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, verify measurements and identify project requirements to support accurate pricing.
