Job Description
A well-established plumbing subcontractor delivering commercial construction projects across Australia is seeking an Estimator to join their team.
This role will see you working closely with the project and leadership teams to prepare accurate cost estimates and support the successful tendering of plumbing packages across a range of projects.
This is a great opportunity for an estimator with experience in the plumbing industry who is looking to join a stable contractor with a consistent pipeline of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and take-offs for commercial plumbing projects
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation
- Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals
