Job Description
Our team in Brazil is growing; we are currently recruiting for a Estimator Engineer, Intermediate to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in the Belo Horizonte office.
About The Role
- Responsible for preparing investment estimates (CapEx), operational costs (OpEx), and sustaining costs.
- Managing quotations and analyzing commercial proposals; developing unit price compositions.
- Serving as the interface with suppliers and other disciplines.
About You
- Experience in preparing CAPEX/OPEX for large‑scale projects in mining, metallurgy, and infrastructure.
- Experience in preparing budgets for civil and assembly services.
- Analysis and preparation of BDI (Budget Difference Indicator).
- Knowledge of taxation.
- Preparation of unit price compositions (UPCs), including definition of contingency, escalation, and allowances for uncertainties.
