This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially aware professional to play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services across a busy portfolio.
The Role
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and minor works within social housing. You will collaborate closely with operations, commercial, and client teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
