Estimator

MBM Contracting Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our Construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive project estimates across all phases of design, as well as providing critical cost guidance during project execution. You will collaborate closely with Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Clients to deliver accurate, well-supported estimates that drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Estimate planning: Construct the estimate plan including the breakdown of work into estimating packages, delegating estimating responsibility both internally and externally (to third‑party estimating firms) as required and tracking progress against the plan.
