Event Facilities and Services Manager | AYANA BALI

We are seeking an experienced Event Facilities & Services Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all facilities and operational support services for meetings, conferences, exhibitions, weddings, concerts, and large-scale events. This role ensures that all event venues, infrastructure, technical systems, and support services are prepared to the highest standards, delivering seamless experiences for clients and guests.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in event operations, facilities management, and hospitality, with excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all operational aspects of event facilities and support services.
