Job Description
Amentum is currently seeking an **Evidence Custodian/Casefile Manager** based in Forest Park, GA. This position will help support exploitation missions both CONUS (Continental United States) and OCONUS (Outside Continental United States) via deployment.
+ Monitor forensic laboratory cases received. Interact closely with all divisions, encompassing the work of scientific professionals and administrative employees. Maintain surveillance of workload and programs in progress throughout the laboratory.
+ Works with little to no supervision but keeps the lead advised of unusual situations and potential problem areas and recommends courses of action and/or conclusive actions.
+ Monitor laboratory workload, collect and maintain data related to customer service quality including productivity, timeliness, and level of customer satisfaction.
