Job Description
Were building a centralized quant research team and need an execution quant to own execution quality end-to-end. This is a ground-floor opportunity youll establish reporting infrastructure develop signals that cut trading costs
- Analyze execution reports to identify poor trades and execution quality issues
- Build signals to improve execution performance covering order-specific metrics and toxicity analysis
- Establish execution reporting infrastructure from the ground up
- Perform low-latency order book analysis to optimize execution across global markets
- Continuously review execution data to uncover areas of improvement
- Collaborate with trading teams and data engineering to improve infrastructure and execution controls
- Pre- and post-trade transaction cost analysis (TCA) to benchmark execution performance and identify cost reduction opportunities.
