ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs all functions in accordance with applicable state, federal and other laws and gaming regulations and Grand Sierra Resort policies and Procedures.Ensures the highest possible standards of guest service are provided and listens and responds to guest and employee concerns and questions.Recommends and implements strategies to develop new players and increase return visits for high level casino guests to increase profits.Make room reservations, arrange for amenities, airline reservations, and limo arrangements as necessary for casino guests.
