EXECUTIVE CHEF - DUBAI

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai, offering an attractive salary of 1300 AED.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing kitchen staff, creating menus, and maintaining high standards of quality at all times.

Responsibilities include:

1. Planning menus, ensuring food quality, freshness, and portion control
2. Supervising kitchen staff, including training and scheduling
3. Managing kitchen costs such as food, labor, and equipment
4. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health regulations
5. Overseeing kitchen operations and customer service standards
6. Monitoring customer feedback to ensure satisfaction
