Job Summary
Support the day-to-day operations of client accounts to ensure smooth client business integration and drive growth of clients

General Responsibilities
Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources such as:-
- Below cost release* report
- Shipment tracking - K1 / K8 approvals*, Reduce tolerance / Shortfall (request to involve by shipping)
- Stock reservation*
- Sample requests

Prepare business forecasts, reports and marketing plans to achieve overall objectives such as:
- Monthly Wholesaler Bulletin update
- Trade bulletin maintainance in SAP
- Price list, Special price, Catalogue update. Market survey on new trend

 Coordinate with internal DKSH departments to ensure all operational issues/service complaints are resolved effectively and timely such as:
