Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as the CEO's principal strategic partner for staff, programs, and mission execution
- Build and professionalize organizational infrastructure and internal systems
- Translate strategic plans into annual and quarterly execution plans with measurable KPIs
- Lead US-based fundraising strategy and cultivate relationships with major donors and foundations
- Ensure full regulatory compliance as a US-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit
- Oversee the management and delivery of complex international programs and partner grants

Requirements
- 15+ years of senior leadership experience in US nonprofit, international development, or philanthropy
