About Kamloops Central Business Improvement Association The Kamloops Central Business Improvement Association (KCBIA), established in 2002 and marketed as Downtown Kamloops, is a member‑driven organization focused on strengthening the economic vitality, vibrancy, and long‑term sustainability of the downtown core. Guided by a clear mission, a vision of a vibrant and liveable downtown, and values rooted in integrity, accountability, responsiveness, and strategic use of resources, KCBIA serves as an advocate and champion for downtown businesses and property owners.
