Executive Director, Medical Affairs Launch Strategy

Position Overview

Bicara Therapeutics is seeking a strategic, scientifically rigorous and execution-driven leader to direct the pre-launch, launch, and lifecycle medical strategy for our oncology pipeline. Operating as a core member of the Oncology leadership team, you will bridge different cross functional teams to ensure the market is clinically prepared for successful therapeutic adoption. You will oversee medical education, data generation, and external collaborations to maximize patient impact. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands‑on launch execution within biotech or specialty pharma.

This role is based in our Boston office and follows a hybrid schedule, with three in-office days each week and requires the ability to travel up to 40-50%.
