Job Summary:
This position will report into the Executive Sous Chef, Operations and will be responsible for supervising an assigned section of the kitchen. The role will further deputize for the Executive Chef, Operations during his/her absence.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Culinary lead in absence of the Executive Chef, Operations.
• Prepares daily production sheet and assigns tasks to employees.
• Trains and monitors employees on proper work procedures and production of products.
• Responsible for daily production and labour planning (OPRS) and reporting.
• Supervises assigned section to ensure recipes are produced according to approved specifications.
• Responsible for accurate material ordering in the production area.
