Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Translate research findings into clear insights, opportunity areas, and experience principles that guide strategy and design
- Lead iterative validation of concepts, prototypes, and experiences to test assumptions and reduce risk
- Synthesize user, market, data, and competitive inputs into coherent narratives that support decision making
