Queenstown Ice Bar is seeking an experienced Experience & Venue Manager to lead operations in one of Queenstown’s iconic attractions. You will own the guest journey, manage a high-energy team, and drive exceptional service while upholding safety and brand standards.

You’ll oversee budgets, stock, and venue performance, while collaborating with events and marketing teams to bring memorable experiences to visitors from around the world. Evening and weekend flexibility is required.
