Experienced Associate

Audit associates provide timely, high quality client service with large and small companies in a variety of industries. They will develop strong working relationships while working closely with teams to understand clients' businesses and challenges. Associates serve our clients by: • Developing an understanding clients' needs and expectations, their business and industry, accounting and control systems, employees, company values and industry-related GAAP and GAAS issues • Developing and demonstrating an understanding of the RSM US audit approach, methodology and tools • Performing audit procedures and tests in accordance with RSM audit methodology based overall audit plan, ensuring proper documentation of work performed. • Identifying accounting and auditing issues; discussing with audit in-charge to solve issues that arise. • Assisting engagement team in preparation of audit reports, and management letters • Exercising professional skepticism, judgment and adhere to the code of ethics...
