You will oversee projects, mentor junior draftspersons, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities: • Solve advanced curtain wall/window detailing issues • Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings • Organize projects and oversee drafting teams • Supervise and mentor junior team members • Plan execution of shop and fabrication drawings
