Responsibilities include strategic planning for practices, analyzing opponent strengths, and conducting performance reviews to aid player development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design annual and multi-year player development plans
• Define offensive and defensive game strategies
• Implement focused practice sessions for team advancement
• Analyze opponent performance through pre-scouting
• Provide detailed post-game analysis for player improvement
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of coaching experience at elite levels
