Commissionaires Great Lakes is looking for a dedicated Trainer in Oakville, Ontario, to enhance employee training in the security sector. This full-time position blends onsite and online training delivery with strategic development initiatives.
In this role, you will review, enhance, and deliver varied training programs that align with organizational goals. The Trainer will work closely with management to assess training needs, track training progress, and ensure compliance with legal standards. Additionally, you will develop training materials and conduct skills assessments to ensure competence.
