About the Role Umedra Exports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Export Executive to own our end-to-end export operations for personal care products and OTC ointments. You'll ensure every shipment moves smoothly — compliant, on time, and fully documented — while keeping internal teams, banks, and global partners aligned. What You'll Do Documentation & Compliance Prepare, verify, and manage core export documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Insurance Certificate, MSDS, and COA Ensure full compliance with LC terms, contracts, DGFT, Customs, FEMA, and RBI regulations Handle export incentive schemes including RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, EPCG, and Advance License Logistics & Coordination Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, shipping lines, airlines, and transporters Track shipments end-to-end; proactively resolve delays and communicate status to customers and internal teams Arrange pre-shipment inspections where...
