Extra Works Supervisor
Monday – Friday | 40 hours per week | 08:00 – 17:00 (flexible)

COREcruitmentare working with a leading facilities management provider to recruit anExtra Works Supervisorfor a high-profile contract. This is a hands-on, site-based role combining contractor supervision, client liaison and administration, with responsibility for managing and delivering additional works safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
The Role
Manage and supervise the extra works programme on site
Take instruction from the client and scope works with the supply chain
Produce written quotations for additional works
Act as a customer-facing point of contact
Supervise contractors in line with company policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with ISO 9002 quality management systems
Support reactive repairs and planned maintenance activity
