As a Fab support shift Engineer at Micron, you will maintain pump, abatement, Chiller, LDS and heat jacket to sustain production tool running well. Micron Fab support shift Engineers support Equipment improvement activity, interacting closely with Equipment Engineering, as well as taking part in the defect and tool stability improvement. In this position you will be expected to gain a firm understanding of the principles of pump, abatement and chiller operation.
