Fabric Engineer | Foot Mobile Zone 1 & 2
Are you a proactive maintenance professional who takes pride in keeping a building running smoothly? We are looking for a reliable Fabric Engineer to join the onsite facilities team on a foot mobile contract.
The Essentials
Salary: £36,000 - £46,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Location: Zones 1 & 2 Travel card
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Your Day-to-Day
You will be the go-to person for all building fabric requirements. This is a hands-on role covering a variety of reactive tasks and planned preventative maintenance (PPM). Your responsibilities will include:
Carpentry & Ironmongery: Adjusting door closures, fixing locks, and hanging doors.
General Repairs: Replacing damaged ceiling tiles and flooring.
Decoration: Patch plastering and touch-up painting to keep the site looking its best.
