Fabrication Process Engineer

1. Welding processes (GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, SAW, FCAW),2. Preparation of Process Planning Sheet (PPS),3. Metal Working (Rolling, pressing, Bending, Cutting etc),4. Heat treatment (Annealing, Normalizing, Stress reliving) ,5. All types of Plate Raw materials (Steel, Alloy, Stainless steel-Austenitic and Martensitic),6. Awareness of raw material standards like -ASTM, ASME, ANSI, JIS, DIN, EN, GOST etc.,7. Awareness about WPS/PQR/WPQ/Documentation and Upgradation time to time basis.,8. Knowledge about various welding, brazing filler materials, and equipment,9. Conceptualization and preparation of shop level manufacturing jigs and fixtures required for various fabrication and welding processes,10. Review, approval, management and indent raising for general consumables & FOS (factory operating supplies) for fabrication shops
