Fabrication Supervisor

We are seeking a hands‑on and experienced Fabrication Supervisor to oversee daily fabrication operations, manage a team of skilled workers and ensure production targets and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in metal fabrication processes, excellent leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day activities in the fabrication department ensuring optimal productivity and quality.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance and support a team of welders, fabricators, machine operators and helpers.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and work orders to guide fabrication processes.
• Ensure fabricated components meet design specifications and quality standards.
