Facilities Coordinator

General Job Information:
Job Purpose: The facilities coordinator is responsible for all maintenance work on the DC.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
Warehouse experience essential
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong numeric and verbal reasoning ability
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and networking skills
Customer service orientation
Planning and organizing skills
Stress tolerance (resilience)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
Minimum Grade 12/ Equivalent NQF4 qualification

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTING / MAINTENANCE
Report all repair work on damaged racking;
Report damaged sprinklers;
Report damaged floor rails;
Report damaged doors and dock leveller’s
Report lights not working;
Arrange replacement of damaged signage;
Ensure painting of lines inside the DC/RC is done;
Do ad hoc repairs or improvements in the DC/R...
