Job Description
Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.
US Citizenship/Permanent Resident Required.
Update CAD floor plans to include current furniture layouts, ceiling & lighting schematics as needed.
Process client Buildings tickets (seating changes, phone relocations, computer moves, event setups, etc.).
Complete nameplate replacements and updates across the facility to meet current branding and compliance standards.
Assist OPAL team in high-level tasks completion to support project timelines.
Update CAD floor plans to include current furniture layouts, ceiling & lighting schematics as needed.
Assist in working with contractors to push invoicing of completed projects.
Assist in Maximo task requirements to ensure FE’s can close projects with the necessary documentation.
